Travel Agency Relationship

• We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any travel suppliers
• We do not own, manage, operate, or control any transportation company, hotel, cruise line, or other travel supplier
• All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers

Booking and Payment Terms

Pricing

• All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change without notice until booking is confirmed
• Prices typically include only those items specifically detailed in your itinerary
• Additional fees may apply for changes, cancellations, or special requests

Payment

• Payment terms vary by supplier and will be clearly communicated at booking
• Deposits are typically required to secure reservations
• Full payment is usually due prior to travel dates as specified by suppliers
• We accept payment methods as specified during the booking process

Our Service Fees

Our professional planning services are typically provided at no additional cost to you, as we receive commissions from travel suppliers. Any additional service fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to using our services.

Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellation policies are determined by individual travel suppliers and vary significantly
• Many travel bookings are non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties
• Changes to confirmed bookings may incur fees from suppliers
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

Travel Documentation

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining valid passports and any required visas
• Ensuring travel documents meet destination requirements
• Complying with health requirements and obtaining necessary vaccinations
• Verifying and meeting all entry requirements for your destinations

While we can provide general guidance, we recommend consulting official government sources for the most current requirements.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including but not limited to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and travel delays. We can provide information about insurance options, but the decision to purchase insurance is yours.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DayLight Vacations shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by travel suppliers
• We are not responsible for acts of God, weather, strikes, civil unrest, quarantine, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DayLight Vacations, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your travel, or your use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DayLight Vacationsor its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
